Dr. Einat Ronen is Director of National Initiatives at the Elka Institute for Leadership and Government at JDC-Israel. She lectures at the Hebrew University and Achva College on reconciliation and transitional justice processes. Between 2007 to 2010 Dr. Ronen was the Director of the Civil Society department at the Peres Center for Peace. In this capacity she developed joint projects for dominant figures of the Israeli and Palestinian society and worked with international organizations such as the UN and EU on different reconciliation project. Since 2006 Einat has been involved in Israeli-Palestinian cross border projects that promote reconciliation and cooperation between the sides, and since 2011 she is consultant to the Geneva Initiative in a project aimed at developing transitional justice approaches.
