Talia Dekel-Fleissig is a media advisor with expertise in the foreign press covering Israel and the Middle East. She is vice president for Content at the Jerusalem Press Club, in charge of leading strategy for its activities.
Previously, she was head of International Press & a Senior Fellow at The Israel Project. Prior to this, she worked for several Jewish-American and Israeli NGOs, and was an editor for The Jerusalem Post.
Dekel-Fleissig served as an officer in the IDF’s Liaison & Foreign Relations Division, in positions on the Gaza border and at HQ.
She holds an MA in Conflict Resolution from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Political Science and Islamic & Middle Eastern Studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
She also lecturers to audiences on Israeli society and politics.
