Colonel (Res.) Adi Bershadsky is an self-employed expert in business development and international marketing who works in numerous hi-tech companies who deal with security and defense, companies such as "Ness Technologies", "TSG", and "mPrest Systems" (The company that developed the control and command systems for the "Iron Dome" and other controlling systems in the security fields and in Homeland Security).
During her service in the IDF, Colonel Bershadsky was appointed as the IDF's attaché and as the commander of the Ministry of Defense's mission to Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
Adi also headed the department for Human Resources Planning at the Israeli Air Force Headquarters.
Bershadsky holds a number of Director positions (as an external director) in governmental organizations, public companies and previously served as the Director in the Israeli Military Industry (IMI) as well as the Chairman of the audit committee in the IMI.
