Carole Nuriel

Middle-East, combating anti-Semitism, delegitimisation of Israel

Carole Nuriel is the Director of ADL in Israel. 


She began her career as a Senior Middle East Researcher and has 25 years of experience in research and activities related to the Middle East. 


Carole served in the Israel Defense Forces Intelligence Corps. Following her IDF service she worked for the Israel Broadcasting Authority, The Foreign Ministry and the Shalem Center. 


She holds a BA in Arabic language and literature from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MA in Arabic language and literature (specializing in classical Arabic). 


As part of her role in the Anti-Defamation League in Israel, Carole engages in the struggle against anti-Semitism and delegitimization of Israel, promoting social cohesion in Israel and combating hatred in the public space and online.
