Dr. Efrat Elron, a psychologist and organizational behaviour consultant is an expert in assessment in organizational processes and strategy, interface management and inter-cultural cooperation, senior management teams, organizational innovation and multi-national military coalitions.
Elron is a research fellow in the Centre for Global Workforce Strategy at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, and the co-founder of the Middle East Trail Association.
In her prior positions, Efrat served as a faculty member in the Hebrew University's Business School, a senior research fellow in the International Peace Institute (IPI) in New York, and an associate researcher in the NATO Defense College (NDC) in Rome.
Elron holds a B.A. in Biological Sciences from the Hebrew University, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland.
