Dr. Or Rabinowitz is a tenured SeniorLecturer (similar to US associate professor) at the International Relations Department Of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Her research interests include nuclear proliferation, nuclear history, and Israeli American Relations.
Her book, Bargaining on Nuclear Tests was published in 2014 by Oxford University Press. She has since published articles in InternationalSecurity, Journal of Strategic Studies, International History Review, and the Bulletin of the atomic scientists.
She has also published Op-Eds and think pieces at the Washington Post and Ha’aretz.
Or holds a PhD degree awarded by the War StudiesDepartment of King’s College London, an MA degree in Security Studies and anLLB degree in Law, both from Tel-Aviv University.
She is currently conducting a study on intelligence collaboration in counter-proliferation operations.
