Sharona Shir Zablodovsky boasts over a decade of experience in foreign affairs, public diplomacy, national security, and Israel-Diaspora relations. She has held various roles in the non-profit sector, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit, policy advocacy skills, project management expertise, and diplomatic acumen. Her proficiency lies in fostering international collaborations, actively contributing to Jewish community dialogues, tackling challenges, and spearheading policy transformations, particularly in security domains.
In her most recent role, she served as the manager of global programs, forging partnerships in informal education aimed at bolstering Jewish identity in the Diaspora through collaboration with civil society organizations, associations, and educational institutions.
Prior to this, Sharona Shir led initiatives in policy advocacy and project management at the ID Policy Research Center, focusing on combatting incitement within UNRWA's educational framework.f
Sharona Shir holds a bachelor's degree in communication from the Open University, a master's degree in public policy from Tel Aviv University, and an additional master's degree from Haifa University's Ruderman program, specializing in American Jewish history.
She is fluent in both Hebrew and English.
