Shay Bialik is currently the Director of Global Sustainability and Ethics at Strauss Group.
She specializes in sustainable development and working with international organizations. In recent years she is leading the sustainability work and ESG strategy at Strauss Group, a global food and beverages manufacture.
She has served as the advisor for socio-economic affairs in the Israeli Delegation to the United Nations in New York as well as to the Israeli Delegation to the OECD, UNESCO and the Council of Europe in Paris.
Shay holds a M.S. in Development Policy and Economic Analysis from the New School University in New York and a bachelor's degree in history and international relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Sciences Po in Paris.
Her master's graduation paper (SGPIA Award winner for 2020) focuses on feminist economics and is based in part on field research in Havana, Cuba.
