Colonel (Res.) Adi Bershadsky is a self-employed expert in business development and international marketing, working with numerous hi-tech companies in the security and defense sectors, such as Ness Technologies, TSG, and mPrest Systems – the company that developed the command and control systems for the Iron Dome and other advanced systems in the fields of defense and homeland security.
During her service in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), Colonel Bershadsky – the first woman in the history of the Israeli Air Force to be promoted to this rank – served as the IDF Defense Attaché and Head of the Ministry of Defense Mission to Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary, becoming the first Israeli woman ever to hold this position.
Earlier in her career, she also headed the Human Resources Planning Department at the Israeli Air Force Headquarters, where she was likewise the first woman to serve in this role and the first woman to achieve the rank of Colonel in the Israeli Air Force.
Bershadsky is a member of the Board of Directors of Forum Dvorah, and currently holds several external directorships in governmental and public organizations. She previously served as a Director at Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) and as Chairperson of the IAI Audit Committee.
