Women Warriors Community
Forum Dvorah is establishing the Women Warriors Community
A space of belonging, advancement, and support for women in combat roles.

Forum Dvorah, a leader in advancing women in the fields of security and foreign policy, is launching a pioneering initiative: Women Warriors Community. This community will provide a dedicated space for women serving in combat roles within the IDF – including active-duty soldiers, career officers, reservists, and female veterans – offering them both personal and professional guidance and support.
The community is founded on the understanding that being a woman warrior is a lifelong identity. It will accompany its members throughout their entire journey, providing long-term support. This initiative reflects Forum Dvorah’s longstanding commitment to addressing the unique needs of women warriors, a commitment also demonstrated through its involvement in the High Court of Justice petition supporting women in combat roles over the years.
This initiative was made possible thanks to the generous support of the UJA-Federation of New York.
