Attorney Celine Touboul serves as the Deputy CEO and Senior Researcher at the Economic Cooperation Foundation (ECF), a prominent Israeli organization dedicated to public policy planning with the objective of achieving a two-state solution for two peoples. In her role, Celine leads ECF's efforts on security, economic, and policy issues related to the Gaza Strip.
Previously, Celine was a research fellow at the NATO College, where she conducted research on the parameters for peacekeeping forces tasked with overseeing the implementation of a future agreement between Israel and Syria.
Celine specializes in public international law and completed her legal training at the International Agreements Department of the Ministry of Justice.
She holds a Master’s degree in Public International and European Law from the University of Paris-Sud, as well as a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Hebrew University.
