Elinor’s professional experience spans over 15 years across multiple industries with a focus and heavy concentration in business development, customer/client and vendor relations, strategy building with emphasis on creating strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining Blue Laurel, Elinor was Bank Hapoalim’s UAE Director of Operations, in charge of the marketing and partnerships in UAE.

Elinor’s volunteer reserve duty was in COGAT, establishing the unit’s social media strategy in Arabic.

Elinor holds a MA in Middle Eastern Studies, and BA in International Relations from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
