Inbal Karo spent over a decade in the Israeli Intelligence community, heading a branch tasked with creating and implementing methodologies for intelligence in a world full of data. In this capacity she also helped facilitate a comprehensive cultural and organizational transformation towards advanced interdisciplinary work. She is currently head of Social Inside in the JDC, where she is in charge of embedding social values into technological innovation. She is also a senior research fellow in the Institute for Intelligence Methodology, a fellow at ForHumanity, an international organization dedicated to data and AI ethics, and a member of Dvorah Forum.
