Inbar Noy-Freyfeld is a PhD candidate in the Department of International Relations at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a researcher at the Institute for National Security Studies (INSS), where she coordinates the Political Power Cluster and works on issues at the intersection of technology and foreign policy. She is also a member of the institute’s Data Desk.

Her areas of interest include peace processes, international political discourse, global legitimacy, and the nexus between international relations and technology.

Inbar has participated in various international relations research projects at different academic institutions and previously worked at Israel’s Ministry of Justice. She has published articles and opinion pieces on foreign policy, technology, and discourse analysis methodologies.

She is the recipient of several academic awards and fellowships, including the Leonard Davis Institute's Talem Fellowship in international relations and the President's Fellowship from the Hebrew University.

Her doctoral dissertation explores the framing of the concept of peace in text and political discourse.
