Lea Alon -Director with over 10 years of experience leading innovation, knowledge management, and technological growth initiatives across the defense and high-tech sectors. Currently serves as Head of Entrepreneurial Innovation at Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), where she is responsible for building IAI’s global innovation ecosystem, leading a community of over 500 intrapreneurs, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, and driving strategic collaborations with defense organizations, industry partners, and academia worldwide.

She previously held senior management roles in knowledge management, innovation, and product leadership, overseeing large-scale strategic projects for governmental, defense, and corporate clients.

Holds an MBA in Business Administration with a specialization in Organizational Consulting, a B.A. in Social Sciences (Management), and a Practical Engineering degree in Architecture. She is recognized for strategic vision, leadership excellence, and a proven ability to mobilize people and processes toward impactful, long-term results.
