Lianne Pollak-David is an international strategic advisor, co-founder of the Coalition for Regional Security and the Abraham Shield Program. She serves as a board member of the Israel-Gulf States Chamber of Commerce, lectures on geopolitics and regional security, and is a regular commentator on Israeli and international media outlets.
Previously, she served as an advisor in the Prime Minister’s Office, was a member of the negotiation team with the Palestinians during the Annapolis Process, and served at Israel’s National Security Council.
Pollak-David has over a decade of experience providing global advisory services to governments, heads of state, ministers, cities and the private sector. Among other roles, she worked at Tony Blair’s consultancy firm and at KPMG in London, and held a C-level position at an Israeli startup company.
During her military service, she served in Israel’s Military Intelligence Directorate (Aman), both on active duty and in the reserves, including in the Research Division, and was a member of the IDF General Staff negotiation team. She is the first woman in IDF history to receive the Battalion Commander’s Excellence Award at the Officers’ Training School in Bahad 1, an achievement that helped pave the way for the full integration of women at Bahad 1.
Pollak-David holds a Master’s degree in Public Management from the London School of Economics, is a Chevening Program alumna, and a graduate of the Argov Fellows Program at Reichman University.
In 2025, she was awarded the Devorah Forum Award for Young Leadership.
She lives in Tel Aviv with her husband, Tomer, and their three children.
