

Mei Shalev

Mei Shalev is a researcher in terrorism and international relations. Her research focuses on analyzing dynamics in conflict zones, particularly in the context of the Israeli-Arab conflict. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science (A.B.) and two Master’s degrees (M.A.), one in International Relations and Strategy with distinction from Bar-Ilan University, and the other in Security and Diplomacy from Tel Aviv University. She is currently a PhD candidate in the Department of Political Science at Bar-Ilan University and a Presidential Fellow for outstanding doctoral students.
In addition to her academic work, she is involved in managing social and business projects and serves as a lecturer in her areas of expertise. Mei is a graduate of various leadership and academic programs, including Young Politicians, the College of Diplomacy, and Pro-Women. Over the years, she has received recognition for her contributions from various organizations, including Perach – the National Program for Social Impact, Na’amat (Israel’s Women’s Movement), the National Union of Israeli Students, and has received multiple honors during her military service
