Merav Davidovits is a senior technology, AI transformation, and defense-tech executive with extensive experience leading complex organizations, large-scale technology programs, and strategic innovation initiatives. She currently advises on enterprise-wide AI adoption and organizational transformation, serves as CTO at Aurelius Capital, a dual-use and defense-tech venture capital fund, and supports strategic partnerships for Moonshot, a civil space startup working with global aerospace, energy, industrial, government, and investor stakeholders.

Previously, Merav served as CTO at the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel, where she led national-level technology and innovation strategy across government entities. She also held senior leadership roles at Elbit Systems, leading software, AI, C4ISR, and air-defense programs for Israeli and international customers. Earlier in her career, she served as a Colonel in the Israeli Air Force and the Israel Ministry of Defense, where she led planning, budgeting, technology, and international defense cooperation efforts, including U.S.-Israel missile-defense programs.
