Miriam Shtilman is a Partner at Tal Ventures, where she leads DeepTech investment strategy and manages a portfolio of over 50 companies.
A central figure in the quantum domain in Israel, she serves on the National Committee on Israel’s Second Quantum Program and is the Israeli Representative to the Quantum Community Network (QCN), a body of the European Quantum Flagship.
Previously, she spent over two decades as Deputy CEO of Algotec Systems, scaling the company from a startup to a global leader with $400M in annual sales. She also held senior executive roles at Philips , Carestream , and Kodak , and served as an Advisor to Israel’s Minister of Finance.
Miriam co-founded DeepTech Nation and holds an LL.B., and B.A. Economics, and MBA from Tel-Aviv University, with executive education from Harvard Business School
