Moran Alaluf is a research assistant at the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT) at Reichman University (since 2018).

During her time at the institute, she conducted research and participated in cross-organizational projects under the direct supervision of the head of the research department. Her findings were presented in a closed forum of senior researchers and were also conveyed to decision-makers, which influenced the status of the State of Israel in the fields of national security and foreign policy.

Moran is the first woman to receive a certificate of recognition for her work in national security from the head of the institute, Professor Boaz Ganor.

In 2016, she served in a classified role at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Israeli Embassy in London. She later managed an operational project at the Security Division headquarters of EL AL, dealing with dozens of destinations abroad.

In 2022-2023, she won second place in the "Regunis" award for her research on "North Korea and China as Catalysts for the Nuclear and Ballistic Enhancement of Iran."

She has a background in human resources, senior recruitment in global high-tech companies, and mapping personality and behavioral patterns of individuals and groups.

She is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Open University. During her studies, she was selected to represent the Open University in the "Model UN Club" organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and participated in competitions related to Security and Human Rights committees.
