In 2022, she was awarded a certificate of appreciation by the institute’s founder, Prof. Boaz Ganor, for her research contribution and activity.
In 2022–2023, she conducted an independent research project she initiated on:
“North Korea and China as a catalyst for Iran’s nuclear and ballistic escalation.”
Among dozens of proposals submitted to the evaluation committee, her research was awarded second place The Ragonis Foundation Prize, which is dedicated to promoting innovation in terrorism research.
Moran has over a decade of experience in the public and private sectors, with practical background in global high-tech and fintech environments. During her studies, she was selected to represent the Open University of Israel in the Model United Nations program on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and participated in Security and Human Rights committees.
Her articles have been published in leading international platforms. In 2025, an article she wrote on Turkey was published in the American magazine The National Interest. In 2026, her research was published at the American research institute, Hoover Institution, Stanford University. Her study examined “The Impact of Leadership in the Middle East: Generational Transitions and Regional Transformation,” and was written in collaboration with a former senior official in the Israeli political sphere.
In addition, she develops policy papers for senior decision-makers in the political, security, and business spheres, and contributes professional analysis to Israeli and international media.
