Noa Meir has extensive experience in the third and public sectors, with a focus on foreign relations and communications.
In her most recent role, she served as CEO of the Cherney Forum for New Diplomacy, which, in collaboration with the University of Haifa, hosts events and workshops promoting multidisciplinary dialogue on the challenges of the information age.
Noa has held several senior positions at the heart of the Israel–U.S. relationship, including:
Head of the North America Desk in the IDF Foreign Relations Division (rank of Major)
Spokesperson for North American media at the IDF Spokesperson's Unit
Israel Defense Forces and Jewish Agency emissary at Hillel, George Washington University
Director of the Israel Center at a local Jewish Federation partner organization (during which she received an award from the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington for initiating and leading an inter-organizational youth program)
Director of Taglit Excel, a prestigious business leadership program for top Jewish North American students
Special Projects Manager at the Jewish Federations of North America
She holds a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and Security from Tel Aviv University and is an active volunteer with Lobby 99, a nonprofit public interest lobbying organization.
