A senior researcher at the Institute for National Security Studies since December 2018, following a long career in Israel's security system: 26 years in the IDF (Colonel Res.) and 12 years at the National Security Council (NSC) in the Prime Minister's Office. Her last role at the NSC (2015-2018) was Deputy Head of the NSC for Foreign Policy, which included coordinating staff work and strategic planning for the Prime Minister and the Security Cabinet on regional and international issues. Prior to that, she served in the IDF as an intelligence researcher in the Research Division of Military Intelligence (Aman) and as an officer in the Strategic Planning Division of the Planning Branch (IDF Col. Res.). She has extensive experience in intelligence and academic research and writing, strategic planning, decision-making processes, policy formulation on regional and international issues, and managing complex projects.
