Sarit Amram Katz is an organizational psychologist and senior executive with extensive experience in strategic project management, research, and leadership within public and military sectors. Currently, she serves as the CEO of the Haganah Heritage Association and facilitates resilience and team development workshops. Her professional background includes serving as the Head of the Behavioral Sciences Research Department (MAMDA) in the IDF and as the Deputy Director of Data and Research at the National Road Safety Authority.
Alongside her professional career, she is deeply committed to community service as a council member for the Gederot Regional Council, Chairperson of the Environment and Sustainability Committee, a volunteer EMT with "United Hatzalah" and the emergency department at Kaplan Medical Center, and a mentor on behalf of Forum Dvorah.
Her expertise integrates a broad knowledge of sociology, gender studies, road safety, and organizational resilience.
