Shani Sharvit - Senior Deputy Director General for Human Capital and Administration. 

In this position, she oversees the organizational aspects of the Ministry of Health.

Previously held a variety of positions in the public sector, including Senior Deputy Director General for Policy at the Israel National Cyber Directorate, Head of the Senior Division for Policy and Organization at the Directorate, and Head of the Administration responsible for establishing the National Cyber Bureau. She also served as Assistant to the Director General of the Prime Minister’s Office and Assistant to the Chair of the Knesset Committee.

Sharvit has 26 years of extensive experience, during which she worked at key national decision-making junctures on pressing social and economic issues in Israel and advanced cross-ministerial government policy initiatives. Alongside this, she gained significant organizational and managerial experience within the government sector.

She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Honors Program at the School of Public Policy, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
