Shay Bialik is a distinguished leader in sustainability and social impact, recognized globally for her work at the intersection of private-sector innovation and international public policy. Formerly the Global Head of Sustainability and Impact at Strauss Group, she spearheaded the company’s ESG vision and established its Center of Excellence, driving measurable social and environmental change.

Bialik’s international career includes representing Israel at the highest diplomatic levels, the United Nations in New York, following a term at the mission to the OECD, UNESCO, and the Council of Europe in Paris, where she was the permanent delegate to the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) and a member of the OECD Development Centre Governing Board, where she helped shape global dialogue on development, aid effectiveness, and international policy.

An educator and activist, Bialik is a lecturer at Reichman University and co-founder of the Israel Forum for CSOs. Her contributions have been recognized with prestigious honors, including being named a UN SDG Pioneer (2023). Passionate about social resilience, she serves on multiple boards, including SID Israel and Moms Don't hoard. Bialik holds an M.Sc. in Development and Economic Analysis from The New School in New York and a B.A. in History and International Relations from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and Sciences Po University, Paris.
