Director General of the National Digital Network for the past four years, Shira connects digital and artificial intelligence for broad public impact.
Since the beginning of her career in the Intelligence Corps, she has been applying technology to create positive change in the connection between systems, processes and people. Over the years, she has served in senior management positions - as VP of Digital Health and Information Systems at the Ministry of Health, VP of Innovation and Data at Joint Israel, founder of a digital health startup, director at the Yad Hanadiv Foundation, board member and strategic advisor.
Shira has a diverse academic background that includes advanced degrees in business administration, economics, law, environmental regulation, and public policy.
Shira lives in Modiin, is married and a mother of three.
