Tal Levy-Diamnshtein is a social entrepreneur, organizational consultant and Population Behavior Officer in the Israeli Home Front Command’s National Search and Rescue Unit. As part of her service, she has participated in rescue missions and emergency response operations in Israel and around the world, including the Surfside building collapse in Miami and the earthquake disaster response efforts in Bangkok, alongside frontline work during national emergencies in Israel.

Tal is the founder of the “Miluimiyot” community, which brings together thousands of women reservists from across Israel and works to strengthen the voice and status of women in the reserve forces. Alongside her operational work, she leads development, leadership, teamwork, and resilience processes for organizations, municipalities, and communities, combining hands-on field experience with social entrepreneurship and group facilitation to create meaningful connection, impact, and change.
