Colonel (Res.), CEO of Elements Academy. Specializes in emergency preparedness, resilience, and coping in times of crisis. An expert in population behavior and in the emergency preparedness of authorities and government ministries.
Advises individuals and organizations in the fields of resilience and emergency response. Teaches at the Academic College of Israel in Ramat Gan in the Emergency and Crisis Management program, and serves as a Home Front Command public information officer in the reserves.
In her most recent role in the IDF, she served as Head of the Population Department in the Home Front Command, and brings over two decades of experience in various Home Front roles dealing with population behavior in emergencies.
She served as VP of Content and Partnerships at the Israel Trauma Coalition, with many years of experience in emergency planning and preparedness for the population of the State of Israel, including leading public communication processes during crises. She has operational experience in crisis management over the years, including the COVID-19 crisis and military operations.
She brings extensive experience in building cross-organizational collaborations, developing strategies and work plans, and in creating, writing, and implementing organizational strategies, as well as in training management and hands-on instruction.
She holds a B.A. in Public Administration and Policy from Sapir College and an M.A. in Government with a specialization in Political Marketing from Reichman University.
