Lt. Col. (Res.) Tal Rozin currently serves as the Director of Content and Partnerships at the Israeli Trauma Coalition.

In her last military position, she was Head of the Civilian Population Department in the Home Front Command. Tal brings over 15 years of experience in a range of roles within the Home Front, with extensive expertise in emergency preparedness and civilian readiness across Israel. She has led public communication efforts during crises and has substantial operational experience in crisis management, including the COVID-19 pandemic and multiple military operations.

Tal specializes in emergency preparedness, resilience, and crisis response, with particular expertise in public behavior during emergencies and in preparing governmental ministries and local authorities for crisis scenarios.

She has rich experience in building inter-organizational partnerships, strategic planning, and the development and implementation of organizational strategies. She also manages training programs and serves as an instructor in her field.

Tal holds a Master’s degree in Government with a specialization in Political Marketing from Reichman University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and Policy from Sapir Academic College.
