Colonel (Res.), CEO of Elements Academy, accompanies individuals and organizations in the fields of resilience and emergency. Teaches at the Ramat Gan Academic College in the Emergency Management program and serves in the reserves as a Home Front Command spokesperson.
In her last role in the IDF, she was Head of the Population Department in the Home Front Command and has over two decades of experience in various positions in the home front dealing with population behavior in emergencies. She served as Vice President of Content and Partnerships at the Israeli Trauma Coalition with many years of experience in emergency preparedness and readiness for the population of Israel, including leading information processes in crisis situations, and has operational experience in managing crises over the years, including the coronavirus crisis and military operations.
Tal works in emergency preparedness and readiness, resilience, and coping in times of crisis. She is an expert in the field of population behavior and in the preparedness and readiness of authorities and government ministries for emergencies.
She has experience in creating collaborations between organizations, building and planning strategies and work programs, as well as creating, writing, and implementing organizational strategies, managing training, and hands-on instruction.
She holds a Master's degree in Government with a specialization in Political Marketing from Reichman University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and Policy from Sapir College.
