Tsameret Levy-Daphny is a researcher, lecturer, and strategic consultant specializing in Turkey and the Middle East, with extensive experience in both the public and academic sectors. She currently advises companies, foundations, and public institutions seeking to operate in Turkey and the broader Middle East.

She holds a Ph.D. from Tel Aviv University, during which she was a research fellow at Koç University in Istanbul.

She previously served as Head of the Forum for Contemporary Turkish Studies at the Van Leer Jerusalem Institute, where she initiated and led research programs, public conferences, and regional collaborations. For over 25 years, she has taught at academic institutions in Israel, including the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya (now Reichman University), the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and the Shalem Academic Center, teaching courses on modern Turkey, regional geopolitics, and the Kurdish minority.

She frequently lectures and appears in the media in Israel and abroad, and serves as a fellow of the Regional Thinking Forum, a member of Forum 1325 for a Political Agreement, and a member of the Directors’ Forum.
