Tsameret Levy-Daphny is a researcher, lecturer, and strategic consultant specializing in Turkey and the Middle East, with extensive experience across academic, public, and business sectors. She advises companies, foundations, and public institutions seeking to operate in Turkey and the broader region.
From 2016 to 2021, she led the Turkey Forum at the Van Leer Jerusalem Institute, where she developed and directed research programs, public conferences, and regional partnerships. She teaches at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and the Shalem Academic Center, covering topics such as Ottoman history, regional geopolitics, the Kurdish issue in Turkey, popular culture, Turkey–Israel relations, and the Middle East in the international arena. Previously, she also taught at the School of Government at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya (now Reichman University).
