46 leading women joined the inaugural cohort of Israel's first-ever Board of Directors training program for women in the fields of national security and foreign affairs – a pioneering program in both Israel and the world! This unique program is a collaboration between Forum Dvorah and LAHAV – The School of Business Administration at Tel Aviv University.

This groundbreaking initiative aims to equip the next generation of female leaders with the tools, knowledge, and experience needed to excel, while ensuring their unique voices are heard at the highest decision-making levels.
