The Forum Dvorah National Security Award was presented to Major General Sigal Bar-Tzvi, Head of the Operations Division of the Israel Police.

The Forum Dvorah Foreign Policy Award was presented to Ambassador Merav Ilon-Shachar, Israel's Ambassador to the UN institutions in Geneva.

The Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to R., former head of a division within the defense establishment.

The Forum Dvorah Special Award for the Fight Against COVID-19 was presented to Tal Levy Diamantstein, Population Behavior Officer at the Home Front Command (Reserves).

The keynote address was delivered by Adv. Michal Herzog, the First Lady of Israel, who, in her remarks, expressed support for all public service professionals, particularly those within the healthcare system, which plays a vital role in our national security infrastructure. Additionally, we were honored to receive greetings from Knesset Member and Coalition Chair, MK Idit Silman, who addressed the challenges faced by public officials and discussed issues related to personal and national security
