2.The Forum Dvorah National Security Award was presented to the National Security Council (NSC) team, led by Ms. Michal Yaniv. This team played a pivotal role in the historic establishment of the advisory committee to the NSC, dedicated to integrating gender-sensitive perspectives in emergency response and national security decision-making. We view the NSC team, and Ms. Michal Yaniv, as outstanding models of professionalism, determination, and the critical importance of collaboration and diverse perspectives - essential elements for identifying and refining critical processes. Their groundbreaking efforts set a precedent for policies that improve the resilience and protection of women during national crises and contribute to a more inclusive and effective security framework.
3.The Forum Dvorah Foreign Policy Award was presented to Joannah Landau. Landau is an entrepreneur and the founder of VIBE ISRAEL, a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming the discourse about Israel both domestically and internationally. In parallel, she is actively engaged in promoting women's empowerment across multiple fields.
4.The Forum Dvorah Young Leadership Award for innovation and leadership in the fields of national security and foreign policy was presented to Major Neta Blum, Head of the Cyber Department in the Directorate for the Development of Weapons and Technological Infrastructure at the Ministry of Defense. Major Blum was the only woman in the 'Barkaim' excellence program and played a pivotal role in developing the next generation of aerial capabilities.
