Mrs. Lorena Atiyas-Lvovsky is the Deputy to the Director of Research at the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT) at Reichman University, Herzliya. In this position, she leads various large-scale projects for private as well as public organizations and facilitates ICT’s cooperation with academic, security and governmental bodies.


In addition, Mrs. Atiyas-Lvovsky is a Lecturer at the Lauder School of Government, Diplomacy & Strategy at Reichman University, Herzliya and leads a series of courses on Terrorism, Security and the Middle East in schools throughout Israel.


Mrs. Atiyas-Lvovsky fields of research are Influence Operations & Psy-Ops, Terrorism & Democracies, local and global terrorist organizations as well as Radicalization processes and De-radicalization programs.


Mrs. Atiyas-Lvovsky speaks Hebrew, English, Spanish and French and has published  numerous articles on terrorism and counter-terrorism. She graduated (Cum Laude) from the Lauder School of Government, Diplomacy and Strategy’s Master of Arts in Government with a Specialization in Counter-Terrorism & Homeland Security.
