Vivian Aisen

Vivian Aisen has been serving as Director of Mexico and Central America at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for three years.

In her previous position, Vivian served as Director of Public Diplomacy at the Israeli Embassy in London.

Vivian joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1995 and since then has held a variety of positions in Israel and abroad: Kazakhstan, Chile, Belgium and twice in Great Britain.

Vivian has a bachelor's degree in sociology and political science from the Hebrew University and a master's degree in public policy from Tel Aviv University.

She speaks Portuguese, Spanish, English and French. Married and mother of four.
