Avivit Bar-Ilan

Avivit Bar-Ilan is currently the Head of Bureau in the UN and International Organizations Division of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Previously, between 2013 and 2017, she was the director for Multilateral European Organizations in Department in the MFA, responsible for the relations of Israel with the EU and NATO.
From the year 2011 to 2013 she was the head of the Bureau of the Political Director of the MFA.
Before that, between the years 2007 to 2011 she served in Brussels as a political councellor in the Mission of Israel to the EU and NATO.
During her career in the MFA, she was working also in the department for non-proliferation of WMD in the MFA, and was DCM in the Embassy of Israel to the Republic of Korea.
Avivit Bar-Ilan holds M.A in Political Science from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
