Dona is Head of Emerging Markets Public Affairs at Google and works across Africa, Latin America, the Middle East and Russia.

In her previous capacity at Google, Dona was leading Operations and Strategy for the Emerging Markets Public Policy team.

Prior to Google, Dona was Spokesperson and Adviser to Member of Knesset Dr. Ruth Calderon in Israel.

Fluent in French, Spanish, English and Hebrew, Dona held the position of VP International Business Development at a renewable energy company from 2011-2013.

She is a former military officer (Lieutenant).

She holds an M.A. in Government Affairs from the IDC as well as a B.A. in Communications and Management from the Haifa University.
