Lieutenant Colonel (Res.) Sigal Benglas served in the Israel Air Force for 25 years in various positions; education, spokesperson, and foreign relations. 

In her last positon she served as commander of the International Coordination Branch. 

Amongst her prior positions, Sigal served as the commander of the Planning Directorate and Policy International Aviation, and as the head of the spokesperson unit of the Israeli Air Force. 

Benglas lectures to groups and coaches individuals on topics such as leadership, communications, international cooperation, intercultural cooperation, and personal branding. 

Benglas holds a B.A. in Communications and Political Science from Bar-Ilan University and an M.A. in Communication from Ben Gurion University
